Spacious and bright apartment on two levels in a private residential complex overlooking the holes of the Marco Simone Golf Club where the Ryder Cup will be held in 2022. The look sweeps through the greenery and the silence is peace will envelop you.
It is welcome and you will find wonderfully anyone, be it a large family, having 8 beds that young and old golfers or tourists who want to visit the city of Rome without being immersed in the chaos of the city. We are available to welcome you even late at night and to meet your every need.
The apartment is located close to the most beautiful city in the world, 7 km from the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA). Guests have at their disposal a large parking lot and the area is equipped with all the services, bar and restaurant right inside the district, and in the surrounding supermarkets, churches, laundromat and pizzeria even without gluten. We recommend having a private transport.
