Cozy and bright apartment located on the 9th floor of the prestigious and unique Scacciapensieri skyscraper. The apartment is complete with every comfort and has a double view of the sea. You will enjoy a breathtaking view at any hour of the day, from dawn to sunset. You have within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and shops of all kinds. The sea is right below the building and can be reached in a few steps. The town center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes along the seafront. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with large double bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso machine, microwave and washing machine), living room with sofa bed and 49" TV and 2 large balconies where you can eat and which will give you a unique view and a very pleasant breeze.
Scacciapensieri area, behind the Church of Santa Maria Goretti. Tourist port of Nettuno about 15 minutes on foot. Railway station with trains to and from Rome every hour about 15 min on foot. Bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarket, pharmacy, medical emergency, bank, post office, bakery, grocery, etc. all present in the area The center of Nettuno can be reached on foot along the seafront full of shops and dining options.
