The vacation home is within walking distance of the town center. It is distant from Simius beach 2.300 km . It is 70 m from the bus stop that comes from Cagliari and from where a shuttle bus departs to all the most beautiful beaches in the area. Within walking distance are restaurants , bars and pizzerias. The property consists of two bedrooms equipped with a double bed and one with a French bed , including the supply of sheets and towels. Two panoramic balconies. A living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator ,induction cooktop, kettle, oven, as well as flat-screen cable TV. A bathroom with bidet and shower, hair dryer, and a washing machine. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners. Free WIFI throughout the facility. Free parking is available in front of the house.
