The house is perfect for 1 or 2 people, or a couple with a little kid (a little bed would be added). There's also an AC, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer and smart TV. A garden, a barbecue and a little terrace with table and chairs is the icing on the cake if you want to enjoy your dinner outside.

The house is located in Chia, a small touristic town in the South of Sardinia. The area is very nice and safe, with restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. The closest beach is called Sa Colonia (4mins driving), the famous Su Giudeu and Tuerredda beaches are only 8 and 15 mins away (driving), respectively. Amazing neighbourhood if you are looking for relax, good food and amazing beaches (best ones in Italy).
