Martino 12 is in the center of the village of San Giovanni alla Vena, in a quiet area away from traffic and at the foot of the Pisan mountains. On foot you can reach bars, shops selling typical Tuscan products, the supermarket for your daily shopping, hairdressers, beauticians, etc. Looking out of the windows you will see our chickens around the vegetable garden.
