Masseria Prosperi is a part of our life, where is possible to have all comforts you like but in a real informal style. As a big house. Deep in the country side but near to Otranto, Torre dell'Orso, San Foca and just 1,5 Km from the sea of the Alimini coast. All our Animals will make the stay special and you will enjoy them a lot. Indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, turkish bath and massage room are perfect for guests who like sea on winter time. At the Masseria we have horses that is possible to ride (not for beginners) and bicycle if you like to discover this land living your car at the parking. And the great country side is perfect for walking or running. Antonio will enjoy your dinner with his special cooking made with fresh fish and organic vegetables from our garden.
My name is Mercedes and I live here, in the Masseria, I'm from Milan but I arrived in Salento long time ago (my mother is from Otranto). Few years later I met my husband Antonio (a beautiful man from the area) and we have decided to renovate this Masseria together. Now we have 2 beautiful girls, a lot of animals and a happy life that we like to share with our guests.
Masseria Prosperi is very close to Otranto, the sea and the Alimini coast that is the most beautiful one of the area: it's long 12 Km from Otranto, going up. The coast on the south is rocky. This area is also very famous for the Alimini lakes and for Kite and Wind Surf lovers. Just 30 minutes from Lecce and 11 Km from Otranto is in the middle of an area full of history: the Salento.
