Primarily populated during the summer, this resort town is strategically positioned for easy access to Salento's main beaches and popular tourist destinations. At the heart of Marina di Mancaversa stands the Church of the Immaculate Conception, built between 1985 and 1990 to replace an older church. The shallow, crystal-clear sea features a mix of easily accessible cliffs and small coves with natural sandy bays. Located just 150 meters from the apartment, the beach can be reached without needing a car. The coastline is mostly free and non-equipped, offering a peaceful retreat. Within walking distance, you’ll find both sandy and rocky beaches, locally known as Renniceddha and Canale delle Donne. About 500 meters north, there are two additional picturesque coves—Spiaggia del Mare dei Cavalli and Paterte—ideal for families with small children seeking a calm and relaxing beach holiday. A short drive away, you can also visit other renowned, often equipped beaches such as Lido Pizzo, the Regional Natural Park of the Island of Sant'Andrea, Porto Selvaggio Beach, Baia dei Diavoli, and Torre San Giovanni Beach, among others.
