Beautiful and big newly built holiday home (June 2023) in Salento 15 minutes from Lecce and 8 minutes from Porto Cesareo on the Ionian coast. Three large and bright bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 queen-size bed), two bathrooms with shower, balcony in the room, two large terraces 15 and 25 meters. Large storage spaces. Private parking space included. Large state-of-the-art kitchen area with oven, microwave and coffee maker. Wide availability of crockery. Large living room with TV and relaxation area.
The house is located in a perfect position for anyone who wants to easily visit Salento and Puglia and at the same time enjoy the silence and tranquility of the province of Lecce. The main beaches of the Ionian coast (Porto Cesareo, Punta Prosciutto, Torre Lapillo can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The beautiful historic center of Lecce is 15 minutes away by car. The house is located 5 minutes walk from the charming historic center of Leverano (restaurants, pubs, bars), 2 minutes from a gastronomy point with typical local dishes. Nearby: fruit and vegetables, groceries, bars and pastry shops. The apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Lecce railway station and 45 from Brindisi airport. The organization of a transfer is available at the request of customers.
