Located in Sassi, a small mountain village in the municipality of Molazzana at 700 meters above sea level, the apartment 'Melograni 7' is part of an agritourism complex with a scattered hotel structure and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 90 m² property consists of a kitchen-living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a covered terrace, and can accommodate up to seven people. Additional amenities include three TVs, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The apartment is spread over two levels connected by an internal staircase; the structure is similar to a hotel, with access to the rooms via the stairs. One bedroom, one bathroom, the kitchen-living room, and the covered terrace—ideal for relaxing in the evening—are located on the first floor, while the second and third bedrooms with their respective bathrooms are on the second floor. One of these two bedrooms is a double with an additional single bed and is equipped with a minibar. Free parking is available in a public square located below the building. One pet is allowed.
