Mercatale Apartment is located on the first floor (12 steps) of an ancient building in the medieval heart of Prato, within Piazza Mercatale, the largest square in Prato. The flat is a three-room apartment featuring a double bedroom, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, and a satellite Smart TV (Prime Video with the option to use Netflix). It has a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a fully equipped independent kitchen. This accommodation is ideal for business trips, couples, and families. Parking: If you're arriving by car, we will provide you with a valid ticket upon arrival, allowing you to park for free in the ZTC Zone (area 8). Additionally, parking in Piazza Mercatale is free from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. every day, as well as on public holidays.

Piazza Mercatale is the oldest and largest square in Prato, known as the site of the city's ancient market. It features coffee bars, restaurants. Prato Centrale and Prato Porta al Serraglio, the city's main railway stations, are about a 7-minute walk away.
