Whether you arrive by train or by car, this new and modern apartment is logistically ideal for any travel solution. If you are arriving by car, you can temporarily stop on the street to unload your luggage, then park your car later, either on the street in front of the building or in the nearby paid outdoor parking lot directly across from the property. Upon arrival at the building, you will have the opportunity to collect the keys independently from the safety box. There’s no need to emphasize how convenient it is to be able to arrive at any time and with complete freedom. As you pass through the main door, you will find yourself in front of the elevator, which will comfortably take you and your suitcases to the right floor. The apartment is located on the sixth floor. Once you step into your new and modern home, you’ll find yourself in a bright living area. A small sign with access to the free Wi-Fi will immediately make you feel at home. A comfortable sofa is placed directly in front of the Full HD Smart TV. To the right, a large window offers a view of the horizon and the sea. From here, you can enjoy a perfect start to the day while sipping a good Italian coffee. Further ahead in the same space is the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for your stay: a modern stovetop, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Some coffee pods and herbal infusions of various flavors are provided by the host. A four-seater table completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, pots of all kinds, as well as small sachets of salt, oil, vinegar, and sugar, are neatly arranged in the cabinets. The sleeping area is divided into two.
