Basic and Stylish in the very center of Modica Old Town, the guest house has been designed to be basic but stylish and functional, to make our guest enjoy their stay in Modica. High quality Wifi, Shared kitchen for free tea and coffee, design rooms with nice wide showers, strong Wifi and nice Smart LCD 32 TVs.

Enjoy Modica as a local, just a step away from the main attractions, restaurants, chocolate shops of Modica Old Town. Free parking in Viale Medaglie D'Oro about 7/8 minutes walk, alternatively few meters away blu stripes parking to be paid only during working hours/days (from 0.80 cents per hour to 2.40 eur half day).
