Bright flat in the heart of Mostacciano, a residential, quiet and safe neighbourhood, close to the historic EUR neighbourhood, EUROMA2 shopping center and I.F.O hospital. Located on the third floor, it has 2 bedrooms, a living room, large and full kitchen, 1 bathroom, panoramic balcony. Equipped with all comforts (TV, air conditioning, central heating, washing machine, linen, towels). Well connected to the EUR underground stops (Eur Magliana, Eur Palasport and Eur Fermi) and well served by minimarkets and supermarkets, bars, pastry shops, pizzerias, drugstores, restaurants (they are all 500 m from the flat).
Residential, quiet and safe neighbourhood in the south of Rome. About 18 km from the sea (Ostia) and only 10 minutes walk from the underground station Tor di Valle to Ostia . Well connected to UNDERGROUND STATION EUR Magliana, EUR Palasport and EUR Fermi. At 500 metres from the flat, there are buses stops (nn.777/778/787/708) and many shops, coffee shops, minimarket, pharmacy. Near the bus stop there is a big supermarket "Elite" and close to the Church, there are restaurants and pizzerie that you can reach on foot, in 5 minutes from the flat. Equipped with every service, ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
