Bright studio apt. in the central Via Farini area in Parma. 100 meters from Garibaldi Square, 500 from Duomo Square and 700 from the Oltretorrente district. The apartment is located on the second floor and is composed of: - large room with kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge with freezer, double bed, coffee table, TV, air conditioner - bathroom with shower and washing machine The area is a pedestrian zone and the closest car park is the Goito Car Park, 500 meters from the apartment. Otherwise, by bus line n°15 at the "Str Farini bgo Riccio" stop.

The apartment is located in the city center in a pedestrian area. In just a few minutes on foot you can reach: Piazza Garibaldi, Piazza Duomo (Duomo and Baptistery), Teatro Regio, Palazzo della Pilotta, Basilica of Santa Maria della Steccata, Parco Ducale.
