The one-room apartment is located in the historic community of Racale and offers space for 4 people on the first floor of a house. It has a spacious living/dining area with a double bed, a sofa bed and functionally equipped kitchen, which radiates Mediterranean charm through its large arched windows, and a bathroom.The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and TV. A washing machine is also available to use, shared with another apartment. From your large balcony you can watch the hustle and bustle on the streets with a glass of wine and experience Italian flair up close. Due to the central location you can reach restaurants, bars and shopping facilities in less than 5 minutes on foot. The beach Spiaggia di Capilungo is 7,3 km away and can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
