Property information

This 150 Sqm flat located on the second floor of a residential complex and admist a nice common condominium garden, offers the ideal solution for families or group of friends/colleagues visiting Milan for leisure or for business. The bright and spacious living room and dining room with access to the balcony give our Guests a warm welcome! The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy balcony and access to a laundry room with washing machine. Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, fridge and freezer and several kitchenware provide all the necessary items to enjoy a "feel like at home" experience. The master bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in closet overlooks the garden as well as the second bedroom with double bed and working desk. Third bedroom features 2 single beds with working desk equipped with a printer. Master bathroom offers our guests the choice to relax using the bathtub whether the second bathroom has a pretty spacious walk-in shower. A foldaway bed can be used for an extra guest, therefore the apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. A/C in the living area and in the hallway that connects the three bedrooms. Bedrooms DO NOT have A/C ductless system but electric portable fans. Heating can be manually controlled by thermostat. Smart flat TV screen and wifi access as well as smart lock access are just an extra treat for our Guests.
