This 600 year old restored gem has all the convinces and updated features one needs for a relaxing experience. Its exposed stone wall and vaulted (Faccia Vista) are impressive. There are 4 levels. *Grade level Garage + Storage. *1st level - Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen, Washroom, Laundry. *2nd level- Bedroom, Washroom. *3rd level- Terrace views, Lounging, Sunbathing
I have a lot of pride in the projects I have restored over the passed 40 years. This project has a certain sentiment value and is close to my heart. I was born in this dwelling 60 plus years ago and when I left as a toddler It was always in my thoughts. I have toured the world and absorbed ideas of different structures and styles. I have added them to my birthplace house. I hope you all enjoy this place as much as I do.
This Gem is in the Centro Historical area of Montescaglioso. It is walking distance to everthing. It's neibours are wonderful and friendly. We are surrounded with Cafes, Restaurants, Suppermarkets, Churches and L'a bbazia. This house is next door to the biggest church (Chiesa Madre). It's bell tower is so close and overwhelmingly beautiful. Just walking the neighborhood, you will get a sence of reliving in the 1100s. Enjoy.
