Completely new and well-designed property located in an enviable position in the heart of Genoa, just 300 meters from the main De Ferrari square and 500 meters from Brignole station. You can easily explore all the main points of interest on foot (Aquarium, De Ferrari, Genoa's alleys, etc). Our property is located 2km away from the nearest accessible beaches, offering a perfect vacation experience for beach lovers. We recommend exploring the surroundings by taking a pleasant walk along Corso Italia and Nervi, and discovering the beauty of Boccadasse. Additionally, within a 20-minute drive, you can reach the beaches of Savona in the Riviera di Ponente or visit the renowned area of Portofino, Santa Margherita, and Camogli in the Riviera di Levante. The rooms are equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, a smart TV connected to the internet for enjoying your favorite streaming apps, and, of course, free Wi-Fi.
