We are on the third floor of an elegant building of the 70 consists of eight floors with concierge service. two lifts will take you to the floor. The apartment consists of 4 rooms that open to the right and left of a corridor. two bedrooms have their own bathroom and two bedrooms the bathroom Esternal exclusive use. LATE CHECK IN A surcharge of 30 euro applies for arrivals from 07:00-11:00 A surcharge of 10 euro applies for arrivals from 20:00-21:00. A surcharge of 15 euro applies for arrivals from 21:00-22:00. A surcharge of 20 euro applies for arrivals from 22:00-23:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. any extra cost for late check-in will be paid at check-in

Neighbourhood information

The property is situated in a strategic location from where it is easy to reach all destinations. In front there is the port to catch ferries to the Aeolian Islands, Ustica but also to Genoa, Naples and Tunisia, and embarkation for cruises. From the balconies of the B&B you can see the cruise ships. On the way many souvenir shops are pizzerias and restaurants right in front of the bistro bar will entertain you with cakes and ices even overnight (24 hours 24 hours). There are plenty of supermarkets and shops of all kinds. very near a food market and street food (fish and / or meat roasted on stage).
