Two-story villa, over 200 square meters, surrounded by lush greenery. The villa features two spacious living rooms, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two terraces. Nestled within a 1/3 hectare of woodland, it offers ample privacy and a magnificent view. The property includes a beautiful garden, a parking, and modern amenities such as an internet connection and a ping-pong table. It is also conveniently located near a stream and a swimming pool, providing a perfect blend of comfort and nature.
We are a mixed Chinese - Italian couple. My wife, from Shanghai, is a Visual Designer, with more than 15 years expirience on the field. I am a professor of Energy Conversion Systems and Decarbonization Strategies. We lived abroad over the last decade and we like good wine, cooking and taking pictures
