IMPORTANT NOTE the rent of the house also includes the use of the private beach of Cala Piccola. at your disposal 2 deckchairs and an umbrella, bar and restaurant when open (June 1-September 30) * Use of the pool up to 4 adults, with lifeguard assistance, umbrella and deck chair The beach is about 700 meters from home and can be reached on foot, by car (parking also at sea level) and by free minibus (from 1 July to 30 August) comfortable, comfortable and welcoming. Completely restored. Lounge with fireplace and double sofa bed. Master bedroom with bathroom and shower room, twin bedroom with its own bathroom. The characteristic of Calapiccola is to be a beautiful, secluded, not crowded place even in the middle of August: But also near places of unique beauty in the world as only Tuscany can give. The Terme di Saturnia, Capalbio and the Maremma. Siena, Grosseto, Monte Amiata can be reached by car in a short time.
