Right on the main road that leads to the Cervia seafront, Nicola House is the ideal place to move around the city and reach every point of interest. In viale Milazzo, just 400 meters from the sea and 350 meters from the typical historic center.Built in 1965, in the years of the full economic boom, by grandfather Eliseo, Nicola House was born as a beach holiday home for family and friends. Today, in the hands of his grandson, it becomes a privileged vacation spot for the modern tourist. Completely renovated in 2020, at Nicola House you can breathe an air of home from the moment of booking, thanks to the completely Romagna-style family management. Nicola, and his mother Sandra, take care of welcoming and responding to every need of their guests.
