Equipped with air conditioning and unlimited WiFi with fast fiber throughout the apartment, it is composed as follows: the equipped kitchen (with microwave, oven, coffee machine, induction hob and dishwasher) is available with everything necessary for those wishing to have lunch or dine directly on site, together with the living area, which overlooks a lovely garden enriched with spotlights, designer lights and a veranda. Completing the apartment is a bathroom with large shower and a bedroom with two single beds with their own wardrobe available for each. If necessary, upon request, the two beds can be joined to form a double bed. Furthermore, there is a private garage available to the customer. This accommodation is provided by a duly authorized non-hotel accommodation facility. This stay does not constitute a residential rental pursuant to Law 431/1998. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the reservation; failure to check out will result in the immediate activation of the release procedure pursuant to Article 447-bis of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure, in addition to compensation for damages (lost subsequent reservations, penalties, legal costs).
