I was born in this splendid region of Italy called Lombardy or Lake Region and with no false modesty, that of Como is the most romantic. Thanks to my work in the textile industry, I have the opportunity to travel around the world and I really like it because it allows me to meet so many people and to know different traditions and customs. I love to experience different kitchens on my trips. I really like reading even though the time I dedicate to the family does not allow me to do what I like. So many interests that involve me and my family to fill us with the days. And what's the best end of the day for a boat trip on my beautiful Lake?

Property information

Super Loft of 60 sqm in Via Padova 63 (MI) with courtyard and located on two floors: on the first floor there is the entrance, living room with kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine. On the 2nd floor we have a wardrobe, bedroom and another bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Air conditioning, bed linen and towels are included. Possibility to use the kitchen, fridge and washing machine. There is private parking, ideal for visiting the city. The loft is bright and comfortable just a stone's throw from Piazzale Loreto (M1 and M2 metro line near Porta Venezia) and you can reach it easily everywhere thanks to public transport. Nearby are also the Polytechnic University of Milan and the Bicocca University. The neighborhood is alive and vibrant there are shops of all kinds and supermarkets are within easy reach along with numerous and varied bars and restaurants, both traditional and ethnic.

Neighbourhood information

The house is 200 meters from Pasteur Metro Station (red line) and Loreto (red and green line) and many other public transport facilities that allow easy and quick transfers to various areas of the city. It is easily accessible from the railway station (less than 500 meters) from the Linate and Malpensa airports. Loreto is a strategic position in Milan - Piazzale Loreto: 5 minutes' walk from Corso Buenos Aires, the famous shopping area and the third largest shopping street in Europe. A 10 minute walk from the Central Station FS (train and main airport shuttle). 100 meters from Loreto Metro, where you will find the red line M1 (direct line to Rho Fiera Milano) and the green line M2. Sunbeds 15 minutes by taxi from Linate airport. Also a nice stroll along Corso Buenos Aires, the heart of Milan shopping, allows you to reach the city center (Duomo) and cultural sites of interest in less than 20 minutes.
