Charming apartment with garden just 4 km from the sea, on the hill overlooking the town of Chiavari and the Gulf of Tigullio and 45 km from "La Superba" Genoa. Ideal place to spend a relaxing beach holiday surrounded by greenery among olive trees and flowers. . Newly renovated apartment. Open plan kitchen with living room. Two large bedrooms, double and twin with two beds (possibility of extra bed). In the small garden equipped with BBQ possibility of outdoor lunches and dinners. Citra010029-LT-0042
