Three-room apartment completely renovated and equipped with all comforts. With free WI-FI internet access at 200 Mb and USB sockets in every room to easily charge your smartphone or iPad. Ideal for those who work in smart working and still want to take the family on vacation. Equipped with summer air conditioning and independent heating with radiant systems in every room and a new generation condensing boiler. Free and reserved parking inside the structure. Located on the first floor of a two-story building, access is from the condominium stairs via a small door directly onto the private balcony. Living room with complete kitchenette, sofa and smart TV. Double bedroom with parquet flooring and wall-mounted TV Second bedroom with parquet flooring, equipped with two single beds, wardrobe and desk to work remotely in smart working in complete tranquility. A livable terrace. 2 steps from the center of Sabaudia and all the main services. The beaches of Sabaudia can be reached by bicycle. From March 15th to October 31st, a tourist tax of eighty cents per person per day is due, to be paid on site in cash to the owner of the property.
Urban transport to the center and to the sea. Possibility to rent bikes in the center.
