Oasi del Gabbiano is managed by Rosetta and Carmelo together with her children Emanuela and Graziano who put so much passion into their work, giving their customers so much affection and friendship. Surely you will feel at home. Each of them has its own tasks and together they are a force.

Property information

The house consists of 5 rooms with double beds for a total of eleven beds. The rooms are furnished in the same style but each has a particularity that characterizes it, with homemade furniture and furnishings and recycled materials. They all have private bathrooms, air conditioning, TV and fridge. Inside there is free parking, various relaxation areas and a garden with deck chairs and lounges where you can enjoy nature to the fullest.

Neighbourhood information

Oasi del Gabbiano is located about 4 km from the city center, in a strategic position to avoid the car traffic that leads from the city to the seaside areas, in fact, just 5 minutes away you will find the protected marine area of Plemmirio, on a perimeter of 14 .35 km of coastline along the eastern part of the Maddalena Peninsula. The territory is of great importance from the point of view of flora and fauna, but also from a historical point of view. Crossroads for the passage of the ships and vessels of the Carthaginians, Romans and Greeks, the Plemmirio area hosts in the depths various amphora necks and finds from various periods, including those of the last world war, inside the area live several characteristic species such as tuna, snapper, amberjack, dolphin, shark and sperm whale. In the intertidal zone there are interesting trottoirs with worms, Mediterranean biostructures similar to small barriers. Also 5 minutes away is Lido Arenella, with a sandy beach and equipped lidos, and just 10 minutes from the splendid beaches of Fontane Bianche. For culture lovers, you will find the Syracuse salt pans and the temple of Olympian Zeus within walking distance. Nearby you will find various typical restaurants with fish specialties, pizzerias, bars and night clubs, all by the beautiful sea of Syracuse
