L'appartamento OASI FELICE, situato in Levanto al secondo piano di Via Martiri della Libertà n° 24, è di recente ristrutturazione, con ingresso indipendente ed è dotato di tutti i servizi e confort necessari per qualsiasi tipo di soggiorno estivo, invernale, di breve o lunga durata. La struttura (50 mq.), adatta a singoli viaggiatori, coppie o famiglie con bambini di qualsiasi età, è dotata di aria condizionata, riscaldamento autonomo, bagno privato interno e parcheggio sotto casa, riservato e disponibile gratuitamente senza prenotazione per tutta la durata del soggiorno. E' composto da un'ampia camera da letto (20 mq. circa) con letto matrimoniale, divano letto (per una persona), armadio, piccolo tavolo scrivania con sedia e TV a schermo piatto. Su richiesta è possibile aggiungere gratuitamente una culla e un ulteriore letto singolo (a pagamento). Il soggiorno è dotato di un divano letto (per due persone), TV a schermo piatto, sedie e tavolo da pranzo, tavolo consolle con sedie per la colazione, cucina /angolo cottura attrezzata con frigorifero, fornelli a gas, forno a microonde, piccolo fornetto elettrico, lavastoviglie, tostapane, macchina per caffè con cialde, bollitore e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Il bagno è dotato di lavabo, doccia, wc, bidet, lavatrice e asciugacapelli. L'appartamento ha anche a disposizione un piccolo terrazzo, con tavolino e sedie, al quale si può accedere sia dal soggiorno che dalla camera da letto. Il terrazzo può anche essere utilizzato per stendere il bucato (ulteriore stendibiancheria è in dotazione). All'inizio del vostro soggiorno verranno fornite lenzuola e asciugamani da bagno.
ZONA TRANQUILLA, CENTRALE CON STAZIONE VICINA. Con questo alloggio in centro, la tua famiglia sarà vicina a tutto: supermercato Conad a 50 metri; bar e negozi a 350 metri dal pieno centro del paese; stazione ferroviaria a 10 minuti a piedi (circa 800 metri), ottimamente collegata con le "5 Terre" (il primo paese Monterosso a soli 5 minuti di treno) e soprattutto a pochi minuti dalle splendide spiagge e dal mare che fanno di Levanto uno dei più accoglienti e splendidi borghi della riviera ligure di levante.
