Situated in the center of the city, close to the train station and to the sea. One & Only Melissa has three amazing room for luxury travel lovers. The building is divided in three apartment: two with a breathtaking sea view and another one with the city view, all of them at the top of thehighest building of the city. Please note that there is a flight of stairs to two climb up, as the elevator reaches the 12th floor. The flat “Sunset” of 140ms has a beautiful terrace with sea view at the 13th floor. It has a sofa, a smart tv and an equiped kitchen. The flat “Sunrise” of 100ms has as well a wonderful terrace with sea view from the 13th floor, where it’s situated. It also has a smart tv and an equiped kitchen. The flat “City” is a studio flat, just 20ms with a smart Tv and a terrace that has the view of the beautiful city of Civitavecchia. Is also aviable a private parking, controlled by the supermarket at the bottom of the building of where the flats are situated; Situato nel centro città a pochi metri dalla stazione e dal mare One&Only Melissa offre 3 sistemazioni per gli amanti del viaggio di lusso. La struttura si divide in tre appartamenti, 2 vista mare ed uno vista città posti al 13simo ed ultimo piano del palazzo più alto della città. Si prega di notare che ci sono due rampe di scale da salire, poichè l'ascensore arriva al 12° piano.
