Property information

In private Villa quiet and comfortable, open space with sleeping area with double bed, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, synthetic grass garden with gazebo and deck chairs, private and covered garage. External and private entrance to the garden. The house is furnished with taste and refinement is equipped with all comforts, oak parquet floors, completely new furniture. Renovated a few months ago. Independent heating / air conditioning.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in the beautiful medieval village of Ameglia between Liguria and Tuscany with services and green areas. It is a few km from the sea and the famous tourist areas such as Cinque Terre, Lerici, San Terenzo, Tellaro, Fiascherino, Sarzana, Porto Venere, Versilia, 3 km from Bocca di Magra and Montemarcello. Nearby the Villa (30mt) you can find a well-stocked grocery store, bread, focaccia, fruit, vegetables, meats and dairy products, the postal service is about 100 mt. A characteristic restaurant with typical Ligurian and Lunigiana dishes about 150 mt. Well-stocked supermarket about 1 km, as well as pharmacy and various other services. In the immediate vicinity there are present, especially in the summer season, several bus lines towards the towns of Montemarcello (4km), Marinella and Fiumaretta (5km), Bocca di Magra (3km), Sarzana (8km), Lerici (12km), San Terenzo (13km), Tellaro (13km), La Spezia (17km). In Sarzana there is the nearest train station where you can catch trains to visit the Cinque Terre at about 35km away. There are also numerous ferries departing from Bocca di Magra, Lerici and Marina di Carrara leading to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre.
