This newly renovated, first-floor apartment is in a traditional courtyard house in the village of Gignese, just 10 minutes from Lake Maggiore. It can sleep 5 people and makes an ideal base for an exciting holiday, exploring this beautiful region. Note- 1 small dog allowed. There is a common area in the courtyard ; a cat lives in the courtyard so dogs has to be friendly or only on a leash when they are in the common area; twice a day the owner comes into the courtyard to feed the cat. Fireplace usable by guests under request.
