Recently renovated, studio apartment, in the exact centre of Levanto, just a few steps from the town hall of Piazza Cavour. 400 meters from the nearest beach. Very close to restaurants, café, pizzeria, supermarket, bike rental shop. Easy to reach by train, perfect to visit Cinque Terre: 500 meters from the train station. On the second floor (with elevator). Free Wi-Fi. Equipped kitchenette, table and chairs, hob, oven, microwave oven, moka coffee maker, American coffee machine, Nespresso, kettle. Comfortable double bed, TV (Italian channels only). Bathroom with shower. Washing machine. The apartment does not have private parking. Upon request, we can provide you with a Parking Pass that costs 5 euros per day. This ticket allows you to park in all the paid parking lots in Levanto without having to pay the hourly rate at the parking meters. Important: this ticket is not a private parking. It allows free parking in the blue parking lots of the town, with the exception of the parking lot above the beach, where it is not completely free but there is a reduced hourly rate.

Neighbourhood information

Levanto is the perfect starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre, by train, by boat and by paths. The city is a traditional Ligurian village with its typical beaches, surroundings, inland and sightseeings. It is a slow city where quality of life and food are high, making it an ideal place for families. Its sandy beaches are perfect to enjoying holidays. Some of these are free and others are well-equipped establishments. Its unmissable bike path on the sea, with its stunning views, it extends along the old railway track which connects Levanto with the nearby towns of Bonassola and Framura.
