Nestled in several professionally landscaped, terraced acres, in the countryside, yet minutes from Ionian and Adriatic beaches and coves, restaurants, markets, activities and more. This one bedroom, one bathroom traditional Salento pajare with kitchen and living room additions and adjacent bathroom has all the modern conveniences. Abundant terraces, outdoor dining and lounging, and use of stunning pool.
Owner maintains a main house for their private use on the same property, this is separate from the pajare / guest house. Property owner / manager responds quickly to all requests. English, Italian, some French.
Surrounded by gardens and natural landscape, this large (10,000 + square meter) property sits on gently terraced slopes, overlooking the Ionian Sea (Marina d Felloniche and San Gregorio) one kilometer away. The property has splendid views over the lush treetops of the seaside forest of Volito valley and the turquoise sea beyond. You are surrounded by nature and small farm plots on the property, in a rural setting, yet only a few minutes from the towns of Patu', Castrignano del Capo, Galiagno del Capo, Morciano, and Santa Maria d Leuca, with numerous restaurants, shops, markets and other conveniences. The property is within easy reach by car or bicycle of both bustling and private beaches on both the Ionian and Adriatic coasts.
