The structure is located in a privileged position: just a few steps from the centre, 5 minutes from the beautiful Poetto beach and three minutes from the Molentargius park, famous for the presence of the pink flamingo. Bright and modern, equipped with all the comforts you need to make your stay unforgettable. A private bathroom, a study for your work and a hyper-fast connection are available!
By far the most popular area of the city, 10 minutes from the beaches, 5 from the Molentargius park, all services and public transport within walking distance. The area of via San Benedetto offers this and more... For any further information on the area, just ask, we are available!
