Pensieri di Cavatina is a farmhouse inaugurated in September 2021, as a result of the elegant renovation of some old cottages previously inhabited by farmers who worked the surrounding land. In addition to the 14 finely furnished rooms, there is a restaurant (also open to external guests) in which you can breathe an intimate and familiar atmosphere, enjoying a magnificent view of the Sienese hills thanks to the large windows that make it a truly charming atmosphere. In addition to the touristic aspect, Pensieri is a farm producing wine and olive oil.

Pensieri is a luxury farmhouse where the rustic Tuscan style blends with a refined modern style to create a simple yet sophisticated balance. Our restaurant is open to both guests staying at the property and outsiders and offers typical regional recipes created with genuine, local products, proposed in a modern and refined version. Pensieri is nestled among the Sienese hills, in a strategic position just a few kilometres from the fabulous city of Siena, but also from the picturesque Crete Senesi and the winding paths of Chianti.
