This location is special for the sunsets over the valley and the breathtaking view of the Umbrian hills, close to all amenities, but at the same time immersed in the silence of the woods between Deruta and Bettona. The estate is located in the center of Umbria, so in 15 minutes by car you can reach both Assisi, Perugia or Todi. A perfect property for exclusive rental with a group of friends or relatives.

love my land and there is nothing more beautiful than making the Umbrian territory known to tourists in search of nature, art, culture, traditions, food and wine .... We are immersed in the woods, but only 8 km from the Bettona village and 8 km from Deruta.
