The apartment was completely renovated with quality materials and design in May 2023. It consists of a kitchen, a large double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. It can easily accommodate four people. Equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, 55-inch smart TV in the bedroom and living room, and everything you need in the dining room such as a dishwasher, oven, induction hob and fridge. The property is equipped with WiFi. Among the appliances present: washer dryer, hairdryer, coffee maker, microwave oven and kettle.
I love my land and I like to give you the opportunity to introduce you to a unique place for me, close to both the sea, with the splendid Monte Conero, and the Sibillini Mountains. In this area rich in landscapes and unique views, history, culture, food and wine and also with a strong religious value, we will try to welcome you in the best way possible to make you relax and admire all the beauty that surrounds us.
We are located near Porta Romana and Bastione Sangallo, two characteristic and historical elements of Loreto. A few steps away is the splendid Piazza della Madonna and the Sanctuary with the Holy House of the Virgin Mary. At the same time, just a few minutes by car, you can reach the clear sea of ​​Portorecanati where, INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, an umbrella and two sunbeds are waiting for you; from there you can admire the suggestive Monte Conero with the stacks of the Two Sisters, landscape jewels of the Adriatic. Nearby and within easy reach we find: Recanati with the Leopardi sites, Castelfidardo with the history of the accordion, the Sibillini Mountains and the fabulous caves of Frasassi.
