Brand new two-room apartment with entrance on the ground floor and balcony with lake view. Exclusive location in the town center, a few steps from the lakeside cycle path, supermarkets and services. Wi-Fi and Smart TV connected to the internet. Autonomous heating. Reserved parking space. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building located on the main street of Auronzo. The living room and kitchen overlook the pedestrian avenue of the main road, while the bedroom and balcony overlook the lake. The entrance to the building is shared with the other residential units in the building. The heating works via infrared panels. The reserved parking space is located at the back of the building and from the apartment you need to travel about 100 meters to reach it. Auronzo di Cadore is a small and welcoming mountain village located in the eastern Dolomites, a UNESCO heritage site. Located on the shores of Lake S. Caterina, it is located in a strategic position to visit the most famous tourist destinations in the area, including the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Lake Sorapis and Lake Braies. In winter it is possible to ski in Auronzo on the slopes of Monte Agudo, while half an hour's drive away takes you to the Drei Zinnen ski area in Sesto in Val Pusteria.
