These are the assumptions on which the "Il Poeta sul Mare" group is based, which for several years has been managing Bed & Breakfasts and Holiday Homes located in all the most strategic points of the city. Our Mission? Making our guests feel at home :)

"Piazzadarmi 26" is a two-room apartment of approximately 50 squared meters located on the first floor without lift of a small building consisting of a large living area with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, a French bathroom consisting of a first room with shower cubicle and sink and a second room with sink, toilet and bidet, a double bedroom. Free wi-fi connection.

Neighbourhood information

The Piano San Lazzaro district is spread over a flat area in a semi-central and strategic position to reach on foot the train station, the Navy Recruitment Center which is just 60 meters away, the renowned "Villa Igea" Clinic and in a short time by car and/or public transport, being very well connected by frequent bus routes, the city center, the port, the Torrette Regional Hospital. Numerous commercial services as well as a large daily market a few steps from the structure. Ideal for those with a car, as it is completely outside the blue paid area and with great ease of parking.
