PICASSO'S House, 60m2 open space in the historic center of the well-known city of Arona (NO), located on the shores of the magnificent Lake Maggiore. Loft completely renovated in 2022, equipped with every comfort and service to spend a splendid stay as a couple. Cozy room equipped with a hydromassage tub, fireplace, smart TV and artistic colours. Located in the historic center of Arona, adjacent to Piazza San Graziano, a few steps from the lake, tourist attractions and lake ferries Free parking next to the train station which is 8/10 minutes from the apartment. Near the apartment, common area, free and paid parking just 50 meters from the house. The apartment is located within a ZTL (controlled limited area) ​-Possibilità di partnership con un secondo ed altro alloggio a locazione turistica per "coppia" e bambini qualora viaggiaste in gruppo o famiglia allargata (4 posti letto).
