The apartment is located on the first floor of an early 20th century building, in the historic center of the municipality of Monticiano. The entrance opens onto a room with a small kitchen. In the apartment there are two small bedrooms. In the first bedroom, the queen-size bed (1.40x2.00 m) is hanging off the ground approximately 1.70 m high. For this reason, the double room is not suitable for elderly people or people with disabilities The second bedroom has a single bed equipped with a pull-out extension that allows it to be transformed into a double bed.

Monticiano, a medieval village steeped in history, is a 20-minute drive from the Petriolo Thermal Baths and a 5-minute drive from the Abbey of San Galgano, which can also be reached on foot or by bike via a country path of about 3 km. By car, you can easily reach the main tourist destinations of the region: Siena (30 minutes), Florence (1 hour and 30 minutes), Pisa (1 hour and 45 minutes), and the beaches of Follonica (50 minutes).
