Graziosa casa semi-indipendente a 3 km da Alba cuore delle Langhe, patrimonio Unesco Tranquilla residenza adatta sia per vacanze in famiglia o con amici. La struttura è su due piani con giardino privato e posti auto. Ingresso indipendente, openspace su salotto con cucina attrezzata, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni finestrati con doccia. Possibilità di aggiunta letti. Possibilità di affitto dell'intera casa oppure delle singole stanze.
Zona residenziale alla periferia di Alba. Ultima casa su strada chiusa. Ottimo punto di partenza per visite guidate e non ai numerosi castelli medievali e alle famose cantine di Langhe e Roero.
