Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment. The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00. Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa). If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to: - From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro; - From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro; - From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro; - From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.

Lovely guest goyse located on the 1st floor of a renovated building (NO lift). The property is located in a privileged position, just 200 meters from the wonderful Piazza dei Miracoli with the famous Leaning Tower. Kitchen and dining area (with washing machine and dryer) shared with 4 other private rooms. Three double rooms, a triple room and a quadruple room, each with private bathroom. In the common area (shared) there is a kitchen with induction hob, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses, dining table, washing machine, drying rack and dryer. Cot and high chair on request, subject to availability.

Neighbourhood information

Our guesthouse is located within walking distance of some of the city's most iconic attractions. A short distance away, guests can admire the famous Leaning Tower, located in the Piazza del Duomo, also known as Piazza dei Miracoli, a UNESCO site that also houses the Baptistery and the Camposanto. The area is full of historic cafes and restaurants where you can taste typical Tuscan dishes. Not far away is the Botanical Garden, the oldest in Europe, ideal for a relaxing walk. Another site of interest is the Lungarno, the banks of the Arno river, perfect for a romantic walk at sunset. This central location allows you to easily explore Pisa's rich historical and cultural heritage. Furthermore, the structure is located right next to the Santa Chiara Hospital. Main attractions: - Piazza dei Miracoli: 3 minutes on foot; - Botanical Garden: 8 minutes on foot; - Piazza dei Cavalieri: 14 minutes on foot; - Lungarno: 16 minutes on foot.
