The farm “Poderi di Tragliatella” is an oasis of peace in the green countryside near Rome, on the hills between Fiumicino and Bracciano overlooking the sea. At twenty minutes from the beaches of Fregene, Santa Severa, San Nicola and at about fifteen minutes from Bracciano and Martignano lakes, in the surroundings it is worth of a visit also some little fine village like Tragliata, built on a suggestive toufaceous ridge, or the medieval one of Ceri. The Farmhouse was built at the beginning of 20° century and is surrounded by 4000 square meters of garden, with fruit trees from which are obtained tasty marmelades. There is a little gazebo for persons who prefer shadow in warm summer days and a romantic terrace from where fantastic sunsets can be admired in any season. The farm produces a high quality extravirgin oil, the vegetable garden is cared by the holder and is cultivated without any chemical fertilizer. The building and the garden are particularly adapt for the organization of parties, events, shows, seminars that need a meditative environment, movie set.
The main farmhouse has an apartment consisting of 3 bedrooms for max. 7 people, each with bathroom, air conditioning, independent entrance and outdoor kitchen inside a glass veranda overlooking the garden and swimming pool.. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer. Towels are changed every four days. All rooms are equipped with TV and wi-fi. Free parking
