This cozy farmhouse offers three completely independent stone cottages and two wooden caravans. All surrounded by nature and only a 15-minute drive from the sea. Nearby attractions include Baratti, Rocca San Silvestro and the picturesque villages of Suvereto, Campiglia, Sassetta, Castagneto, Bolgheri and Massa Marittima. Essential services, such as minimarket, pharmacy, stores, and restaurants, are 2 kilometers away, while larger shopping centers are 9 kilometers from the property. Five parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed on request only in the following properties: Quercione, Mandorlo, Carraia. They are not allowed in Blue Peacock and Red Fox. Each 18 m² caravan offers the comfort of a modern studio apartment and a unique atmosphere enhanced by authentic artwork. Each caravan is distinct and themed with a specific color and animal.
