From the small windows of the living room you can see the sea and the small tourist harbor. The beaches and bathing establishments are within easy reach and are about 600 m away. The position is convenient to visit the beautiful towns of the Lazio coast, the beautiful Maremma or to visit the interesting monuments and places of Etruscan origin.
