Cozy apartment of 60 sqm with private entrance, can accommodate up to 2 people, located in a quiet residential area of Pula. The property boasts a lovely outdoor open space and the availability of an assigned parking space. Nora Beach and Su Gunventeddu are both a 5-minute drive away. Interesting is the archaeological site of Nora 7 minutes by car, one of the most important and known of Sardinia. The apartment is on two levels, connected by a flight of stairs. The interior space is organized as follows: -> LOWER LEVEL - KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kitchen utensils; - LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, TV, split A/C and access to the courtyard; - COURTYARD. -> UPPER LEVEL - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and split A/C; - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), a fan, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Availability of an open parking space reserved for guests. PLEASE NOTE: there is a step in the courtyard. There are cameras outside the apartment. Sofa bed (for one person) available on request only.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Pula, tourist pearl of south-west Sardinia, rich in natural, archaeological and cultural treasures. Interesting are the archaeological site of Nora, one of the most important and known in the region; and the Nora Lagoon, habitat of rare birds. A 7-minute drive away is Spiaggia de Su Guventeddu, popular with kite and wind surfers; and 5 minutes the Nora Beach. To the west is the long coastline of Santa Margherita di Pula, consisting of a series of white sandy coves, such as Cala Marina, Cala Bernardini, Cala d'Ostia, Cala Verde. - Nora beach: 5 minutes by car; - Su Guventeddu beach: 7 minutes by car; - Nora Archaeological Site: 7 minutes by car; - Nora Lagoon: 8 minutes by car; - Santa Margherita di Pula: 12 minutes by car; - Chia: 18 minutes by car. - Cicco’s Bar: 4 minutes on foot; - Pharmacy Pula: 6 minutes on foot; - CRAI (supermarket): 7 minutes on foot. - La Corte (restaurant): 5 minutes by car.
