Wide apartment recently renovated and fully equipped with a large and shaded terrace for romantic dinners with wonderful sunsets reflected on the lake. The Blue color surrounds you for regenerating holidays away from main street's traffic and bustle of center directly in front Bellagio, For you 65 m2. of apartment for exclusive use located on the first floor of a quiet residential complex with direct access staircase and private security gate. It is bright with the living area directly overlooking the lake. You can enjoy a spacious living room with equipped kitchen, double bedroom with three comfortable beds, modern bathroom with crystal shower box, large and private terrace with loggia for romantic dinners fascinated by the wonderful sunsets and reflections on the lake. + At "Blu Panorama" you have everything you need including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Wi-Fi, personal hygiene products, bath and bedroom linen, beach towels, board games. At any check-in with pleasure I'll suggest you the best touristic places to visit for a wonderful stay. It is important to know, please note: if you don't have a car I suggest to book this Apt. only if you want and you like to walk a lot. (the distance to Varenna Center is about 2,5 km (half hour about of walk on the flat and beutiful "Greenway of Patriarchi") so for to go, return and visit Varenna Center you could walk about 8 - 10 km each day. My family and I lives near Lecco. The lake, culture, outdoor sports (walking and cycling) and music are our main passions. happy to live in this characteristic and beautiful area of ​​Italy.
"Blu Panorama Apt". is located exactly beetwen Varenna center (3 km north) and the beautiful Lierna Riva Bianca free beach (3 km south) both 5 min car. The nice and panoramic pathway "Greenway of Patriarchi" to Varenna center (30 min. easy walk) starts ready in front Apt". The area is quiet and immersed in the landscape, the "Blue" surrounds you from right to left, you're in the center of Lake Como. Access to the lake just 100 meters, two restaurants within 1 kilometer; nearby taxi service. Possibility in Varenna to rent electric bikes, canoes, boats, motorcycles and cars. It is the ideal solution for guests with car as it is perfect base (right in center of lake) for all tours around Y lake, or the near little cities like Lecco, Como or the big Milano (away only 1 hour car). . Around to visit: Fiumelatte, Castello di Vezio, Lierna, Bellagio, Menaggio, Mandello, Abbazia di Piona, Colico Big supermarket at only 4 miles (Mandello) or little food shops at 1 mile.
