Our property opened in July 2019, is brand new and has been fully renovated in order to offer you every comfort. All flats have wooden flooring, spacious bedrooms with 40" smart TV and a safe, a modern, private bathroom and a private living room with 40" smart TV. Each flat also has a balcony with a table and chairs. Our property offers free WiFi, air conditioning/heating in every room, alarm, safety CCTV and daily concierge in the building. All our modern kitchens are equipped with a table for 4 people, fridge, oven, coffee and cappuccino machine, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine, as well as cutlery and kitchen utensils. Upon request, we can also provide an iron and ironing board.
Our property is located just a short walk away from Piazza Indipendenza, Palazzo Reale, Cappella Palatina, San Giovanni degli Eremiti, Presidenza della Regione, Parco D'Orleans, Camera delle Meraviglie, the Cathedral, Casa Professa and the Catacombe dei Cappuccini. Reale Orleans is also a 5-minute walk away from the Armed Forces Army Barracks Tukory in Corso Calatafimi, where VFP1 selections take place. The metro stop “Reale Orleans” is 500 m away from our property and is part of the metro line "Linea A", which extends across the entire city, from the Falcone Borsellino Airport to the Central railway station "Stazione Centrale". Reale Orleans is also a few minutes’ walk to the University of Palermo, the Ospedale dei Bambini G. Di Cristina, the Policlinico hospital, the Civico hospital and the ISMETT hospital.
