Red House is a design apartment, suitable both for a business trip and for a couple's stay. Great attention to detail, quality furnishings in a modern style with an eye towards comfort and technology. In a quiet area, well connected by interurban roads and highways, just 3 km from the nearest beach and a few minutes' walk from the city centre.
We are Federico & Silvia, a couple in life and both lovers of good living and hospitality. Silvia with more than 5 years of experience in the field of tourist rentals with her property has passed on to me the passion for hospitality, prompting me to set up even my first small apartment otherwise destined for disposal. We can't wait to make you feel at home.
Located in a quiet residence, Red house is only 2-3 km from the free beaches of Marina Julia and Marina Nova, while Sistiana is 12 km away and Grado 20 km away. Public swimming pool with Olympic-sized outdoor summer facility just 500 meters away. City center with restaurants and cultural attractions about a kilometer away.
